Merging Contacts & Accounts
Process for merging Contacts
1. Find the Account that your contact is duplicated from
2. Scroll down till you get to the contact section
3. Click Merge Contacts
4. Type in your contact information
5. Select Master Record and Info

6. Merge Record
Process for merging Accounts
1. Click Accounts from the Tab Bar
2. View the tool bar and click "Merge Accounts"
3. Type in the account name
You can only select 2-3 accounts (if there are more than that, do it in Batches) The reason we merge instead of completely delete is because Contacts are almost always underneath Accounts and it is better to safe than sorry.
4. Select the Master Record
You can also select one or multiple fields from the other record even if it isn't the Master Record.

Here is a basic understanding for running a report, there is a lot that you can do with reports and dashboards. If there is something you are dreaming, ask for it's existence!

Reports // Run individually
Dashboards // Made up of reports
1. GO TO REPORTS
Before you do #2 please review the reports (I know there are a lot of them) but, this will help reduce MORE clutter. A way to avoid that is to just "run your report" as a one time deal and not save it.
2. CLICK NEW REPORT
3. Select Report Type
Pretty self explanatory but, if you get confused just expand the "+" sign
4. Choose what you want to run // View will look differently depending on what you are running a report for.
You can drag and drop fields from the left into the right and filter based on date etc.
5. Run Report or Save (don't save report before checking if the report already exists)
6. Export Details
